1)  Q: Can you help to design?
     A: Certainly, we are both an OEM and ODM manufacturer. Based on customer preference, we can be actively involved in early stages of ODM           projects. 

2)  Q: Are you capable of developing a custom-designed connector item?
     A: Yes, we do develop special connector designs per customer request. We have an advanced R&D team with vast design experience from               popular international brand names.

3)  Q: We are a unique industry, orders are small with a wide variety. Can you process?
     A: Not an issue at all. A big number of our active customers have similar background like that. We practise LEAN manufacturing which helps us to       manage effectively High-mix/Low-volume orders.

4)  Q: Our custom-designed cable item requires an electronic circuit embedded within. High protection level IPX7 is compulsory which is achieved by        an overmolding technique.
     A: We pride ourselves not merely as a wire harness, cable and connector manufacturer but also the fact that we have a complete in-house SMT         production workshop, thus, we provide a ONE-STOP SHOP service-solution to our customers. We are experienced not only in manufacturing             cable assemblies integrated with PCBA but our overmoldings pass protection level IP68.
