Motor (including household electrical),high frequency transformers,transformer and inductor electromagnetic coils, voice coil, CD-rom special wire, magnet wire of display defection coil.

Enameled CCA wire is a new magnet wire with CCA core, It combines the good conductivity of Copper and light weight of Aluminum. can greatly reduce the cost of winding wire. ECCA with the Copper layer is not easy to oxidation and easy to weld. Our company has more than100 sets of high-speed drawing machines, annealing stoves with vacuum tube and enameled machines. we also have the solderability test instrument, automatic spring back angle test instrument and dielectric loss test instruments to ensure the quality in each step. The output of ECCA wire is 300Tons per month. Specification is:0.06-2.5mm.
Model: 130ºC PEWAL, 155ºC UEWAL, 180ºC/200ºC EIWAL,220ºCEI/AIWA.
Normal package: Spool size PT4, PT10, PT15, PT25.
